The Update That Finally Makes Posting Reels Feel Easy
If you've ever generated a reel script inside LeadMagicX and then spent the next twenty minutes trying to get it from your desktop to your phone, record it, edit it, export it, upload it back, find the caption you wrote somewhere else, and then figure out how to get it into your scheduler... you know exactly what kind of friction we're talking about.
It's not that the content isn't good.
It's that the process between "I have a script" and "this is published" has too many steps.
Too many places where you get stuck, lose momentum, and talk yourself out of finishing.
This week's LeadMagicX training was all about closing that gap.
A set of major new updates that take the whole reel creation process and make it feel like one smooth, connected flow instead of a series of obstacles.
Here's everything that's now live.
Introducing the Reel Studio
This is the big one.
When you export a reel idea from your 10x10 matrix now, something different happens on the other side.
Instead of dropping the script into your content bank and leaving you to navigate the rest yourself, it takes you straight into the new Reel Studio.
And right there on screen is a QR code.
You scan it with your phone. Your script opens instantly on your device.
Not inside an app you have to log into.
Not buried in a menu somewhere.
Just there, ready to read.
You copy it into your editing app of choice, record your reel, do whatever editing you want, and when you're done, you hit upload from camera roll right inside the Reel Studio on your phone.
The video transfers straight back to your desktop. No saving to Google Drive. No emailing it to yourself. No extra steps at all.
And when it lands back on the desktop? The caption has already been pulled in automatically from the script. You don't need to jump into the personal assistant and ask it to write one. It's already there.
Hit continue to scheduler and the whole thing drops straight into your social planner, ready to review and schedule.
That's the journey from script to scheduled. And now it can happen in one sitting without you bouncing around between platforms.
Why This Matters More Than It Might Sound
The gap between having content ideas and actually publishing content is where most people fall off.
It's not a motivation problem. It's a friction problem.
Every extra step in the process is an opportunity to get distracted, lose momentum, or convince yourself you'll come back to it later. And we all know what "later" usually means.
The Reel Studio removes most of those steps. Which means more of the hundred ideas sitting inside your 10x10 matrix are going to turn into actual published content, actually working for you, actually bringing in leads.
That's the whole point.
The Media Library Changes How You Manage Images
Another update that's going to save a lot of quiet frustration.
Every image you generate inside the personal assistant now automatically saves to your media library. You'll find it under the Content section inside LeadMagicX.
Previously, if you generated an image, used it somewhere, and then wanted to come back and edit it or use it again, you had to download it, find it on your device, and re-upload it. Every single time.
That's done now.
The media library keeps everything in one place. If you want to pull an image back into a personal assistant chat to change the background or adjust something, there's a media library button right next to the chat box. Click it, select the image, and it drops straight into the conversation ready for editing.
The AI side and the CRM side are also in the process of syncing together so everything lives in one unified place. That's coming very soon.
Your AI Employees Just Got Smarter
A few meaningful improvements landed on the AI employees side this week too.
You can now have separate conversations with each AI employee, the same way you do inside the personal assistant. If you use Nova for content and Lara for email and you're working on multiple projects at once, you can keep those threads organised without everything blending together into one endless scroll.
When you give an AI employee a task and go off to do something else while it works, you'll now see a notification dot appear next to their name in the sidebar when they're done. No more checking back every few minutes to see if it's finished. It tells you.
You can now attach files directly inside AI employee chats. This brings them in line with what the personal assistant has been able to do and opens up a lot more ways to work with these tools.
LeadMagicX Can Now Watch Videos
This one came directly out of a request from Brandy and it's genuinely exciting.
She'd seen a reel that had a list of a hundred hooks displayed on screen and wanted to grab them all without writing each one down manually. The answer until this week had been that LeadMagicX couldn't read videos.
Now it can.
You upload the video directly into the personal assistant, ask it to pull the information out, and it watches the video and extracts exactly what you asked for. In Brandy's case, it pulled out all one hundred hooks from the screen without her lifting a finger.
But the applications go well beyond that.
You can feed it a training video and ask for a summary. You can show it a reel you love and ask it to break down the format so you can replicate the structure. You can give it a piece of content from your niche and ask what's working and why.
This is the beginning of LeadMagicX being able to truly understand video. And it's already useful right now.
Meet Georgia: Your New Onboarding AI
If you've been in LeadMagicX for a while, you might not think the onboarding wizard is for you.
But it's worth knowing about for two reasons.
First, if you ever want to go back and rebuild or refresh your setup, Georgia can walk you through your avatar, digital ID, and target market in under ten minutes. She'll even scan your website to pull in product information and then take you straight through to building your first 10x10 matrix and first piece of content.
Second, if you're recommending LeadMagicX to others as an affiliate, they're going to get a significantly better first experience now. Less friction in the setup means more people actually getting into action instead of dropping off before they see results.
You'll find Georgia under AI Employees at the top of your team list.
A Quick Fix for the Revolving Newsletter
This one came out of the Q&A and it's worth flagging for anyone who built the revolving newsletter automation from a few weeks ago.
If your issue numbers aren't appearing in the emails, the fix is simple.
Go to the very beginning of your workflow and add an Update Contact Field action. Set the newsletter edition field to one and save it.
What was happening is the field was completely empty to start with. The math operation was trying to add one to a blank field and had nothing to work with. Setting that starting value of one at the top of the workflow gives it what it needs and everything flows correctly from there.
What's Coming Next
One more thing worth knowing from this week's session.
There won't be any new releases for approximately the next two weeks while the team works around some upcoming events. But the development work is continuing in the background, and a big update is planned for the third of August.
So if you're wondering why things seem quiet, that's why. The work is still happening. You'll see it all at once.
Your Action Steps This Week
Open your 10x10 matrix, pick any reel idea, and export it. Walk through the Reel Studio from start to finish so you know exactly how the new flow works before you need it.
Check your media library under the Content section and take stock of what's already been saved in there from your past image generation sessions.
If you built the revolving newsletter workflow and the issue numbers aren't showing up, apply the Update Contact Field fix at the top of your workflow and test it.
And if you've been meaning to tighten up your avatar or digital ID setup, go find Georgia in your AI employees and let her walk you through it.
The whole point of these updates is to remove the steps that have been slowing you down. The faster and simpler it gets to go from idea to published content, the more consistently you show up. And consistency is still the thing that compounds into real results over time.
